BrandSpark International

AI Training for Research, Insights and Marketing Teams

BrandSpark International, a Toronto market research firm founded in 2001, trains research, insights and marketing teams to use AI in their daily work, from analysis and reporting to writing and planning. Every program is built from the AI systems our own researchers run on live client studies, and it works with the AI platform your organization already licenses, whether that is ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini.

Who BrandSpark AI Training Is For

Our AI at Work programs are designed for insight teams, market research departments, marketing teams and institutional research offices. Recent and current programs include work for a global powersports manufacturer, an Ontario college and a national technology brand.

Our researchers use these systems every week on client studies, from analysis to reporting. The training teaches the same habits, with the standards and checks that keep AI output reliable enough for client work.

How a BrandSpark AI Training Program Runs

  1. A kickoff maps the team's current workflows and picks the ones AI should change first.
  2. Applied AI Foundations gives everyone the same base: standards, memory and agents.
  3. AI Working Sessions apply those foundations to the team's own tasks, with homework on participants' real work between sessions.
  4. Each session closes with agreed owners and next steps, so the work continues after the training.
