AI at Work Training
AI Working Sessions
AI Working Sessions are half-day BrandSpark International sessions where a leadership, insights or marketing team applies AI to its own workflows and business problems. Teams leave with decisions on where AI fits their work, plus the drafts and plans produced in the room.
Format: Half-day sessions, in person or virtual, single or in a series
What AI Working Sessions Covers
- ›Mapping the team's current workflows and agreeing where AI should change them first.
- ›Working live on the team's own tasks, with the standards, memory and agent habits from Applied AI Foundations.
- ›Tables of six to eight, each working a real case and presenting the result to the others.
- ›Agreeing owners and next steps, so the work continues after the session.
- ›Homework between sessions when run as a series, so each session builds on participants' real work.
What your team leaves with
An agreed plan for where AI fits the team's work, the drafts produced in the room, and owners for what comes next.
AI Working Sessions: Questions
How long does an AI training program for a team take?
Applied AI Foundations takes 1 to 1.5 hours. An AI Working Session is a half day. A series typically runs over several weeks, with sessions spaced so participants apply each one to their own work before the next.
Can BrandSpark deliver AI working sessions in person?
Yes. BrandSpark is based in Toronto and delivers in person across Canada and the United States, or virtually.
