AI at Work Training
Applied AI Foundations
Applied AI Foundations is a 1 to 1.5 hour BrandSpark International session that teaches a team the three foundations that make AI dependable at work: standards and guardrails, memory systems, and agents. It works the same way in ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini.
Format: 1 to 1.5 hours, virtual or in person, for the whole team
What Applied AI Foundations Covers
- ›Writing a complete prompt: the role, the task, the source material, the standard the output must meet, and the format to return it in.
- ›Standards and guardrails: turning a correction you make once into a written rule the AI follows every time.
- ›Memory systems: keeping project context, house style and past decisions where the AI can use them, so each conversation starts informed.
- ›Agents and programs: when to hand the AI a multi-step task, and how to check what it did.
- ›Where each foundation lives in the major AI tools, so the habits carry across platforms.
What your team leaves with
Four starter prompts that set up all three foundations on day one, plus a one-page standards template for the team.
Applied AI Foundations: Questions
Do participants need AI experience before Applied AI Foundations?
No. The session starts from a single prompt and builds up. Experienced users get the most from the standards and memory sections, which most teams have never set up.
Is Applied AI Foundations specific to one AI tool?
No. The three foundations apply in ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini, and the session shows where each one lives in the tool your team uses.
The Other BrandSpark AI Training Program
- AI Working Sessions: Hands-on sessions where a leadership, insights or marketing team applies AI to its own workflows and business problems.
